Far South Coast Landcare Association is a volunteer organisation
that supports groups For more than 10 years, the Far South Coast Landcare Association has been involved in projects that address issues such as:
· Gully & riverbank erosion · Re-establishing native vegetation · Protecting wetlands · Improving water quality · Addressing weed problems · Feral animal control · Estuary and dune management · Soil health · Grazing management
The Far South Coast Landcare Association provides a number of services which include:
· Managing the Far South Coast Landcare Coordinator · Managing the Far South Coast Seedbank and Seedbank Officer · Educational field-days · School activities · Support to Landcare groups and individuals · Sourcing funding for projects · Managing regional projects · Providing a voice for the Far South Coast at a regional and state level
